This detached bungalow loft conversion in Dawlish was created to allow the couple a bedroom with en-suite and storage space.
Existing hallway was perfect for fitting in a new staircase. The room originally was going to be only Velux windows but later in the design stage the dormer was added. This was to gain some extra headroom plus provide a feature on the front roof slope.
