Now the dust has literally settled it is time to say thank you for taking on our challenge, and more importantly having the determination to see our project through to completion. The various hiccups along the way have meant that it has taken longer to achieve than we hoped but we are in no way disappointed with the finished result. You managed our expectations well by cautioning us from the outset about spending money and ending up not getting much more than we already had.
Please be assured that we are in no way disappointed with the finished result even if we are in an Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty and all that that implies from Mid Devon Council’s perspective. Whilst the end result is not what we originally wished for, no increase in dormer size and no Juliet balcony, it has given us more than we expected and our fears about head height upstairs have not materialised. This is thanks to your perception management by effectively under promising and over delivering, much better than the other way round!
Your core team of workers (Dave, Dan, Damon and Mark) were always courteous, clean and tidy and helpful. They are a credit to you and reflect very positively on your business. They have a wealth of information and experience between them and for those of us who are not seasoned DIYers, or reluctant ones at best, it has been great to tap into their collective information data mine. .
David and I knew from the outset that you would tell it to us like it is and always be straight with us and for that we are most grateful. We trusted you and you have not let us down. That is a very powerful selling point for your business. Once again thank you for a job well done and please pass on our gratitude to your team as well.
With best wishes and warm regards
