	1) Detached House with velux roof windows. Click here for further details Detached property with two bedrooms lit by linked Velux windows. One bedroom incorporates ensuite. The staircase was created to continue the theme of the original and create a light and spacious feel to hallway.
	2) Detached Bungalow with pitched roof dormer and velux windows. Click here for further details Detached bungalow converted using linked Velux windows and a pitched roof dormer. This created a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
	3) Mid terrace conversion Click here for further details The client wished to add much needed space to a small mid terrace property. This was achieved using velux windows. The new stairs were from the existing landing area to minimise disruption to first floor and maximise the new room.
	4) Detached Bungalow with pitched roof dormer and velux windows. Click here for further details Client required two bedrooms and shower room. This was achieved by constructing large pitching roof dormer to rear designed to complement exsisting roof. Velux windows were positioned to other elevations.
	5) Detached Bungalow with flat roof dormer and velux windows. Click here for further details Client required large separate living area to roof space. This was achieved by installing a flat roof dormer to rear elevation and Velux windows to the front.

The clients brief was to create a light and spacious room with en-suite area. This would enable their daughter to have her own space. The use of velux windows was chosen to minimize the effects on external elevations whilst providing all the light required.
	7) Detached Bungalow with pitched roof dormer Click here for further details A pitched roof dormer was designed to complement this attractive bungalow. Conversion comprises of bedroom with ensuite, dressing room and office area.

When you know how many ‘cowboy’ firms there are out there, it is nice to have found a firm that has been thorough and reliable from day one. We are really pleased with the extra rooms you have created for us. They are going to make such a difference to us.

The whole project has been managed brilliantly and efficiently from start to finish. There have been no breaks in work, waiting for materials etc. When one tradesman finished, the next one would be on hand to start straightaway. We knew what work would be carried out the next day, so we could make plans to suit. It was great to not have to co- ordinate the project ourselves and arrange building inspector visits and plans.
