2. Free quotation and scheme drawing sent to you
3. Viewing of showhouses
4. Contract signing along with deposit
5. Order confirmed and a start date given
6. Further survey of your property by our architect
7. Submission of plans to building control/planning
8. Pre-commencement meeting
9. Start of works which comprises of .................
10. Scaffold erected a few days prior to commencement of work
11. Material & skip arrive
12. Steel beams installed to support roof and new floor
13. Water tanks removed if required and new electrics installed
14. New floor joists fitted
15. New pipework installed for any en-suite
16. Fire proofing to complete loft area
17. New floor laid
18. If applicable - Dormer constructed
19. Timber frame works to loft Roof windows installed
20. Insulation to roof and walls
21. Plasterboard fitted
22. Ceiling and necessary walls removed
23. Stairs fitted
24. All plastering work completed
25. Doors and skirting boards fitted
26. Electric sockets and lights switches fitted
27. En-suite fitted out - if required
28. Scaffold removed along with the skip
29. Site left in a clean and tidy state throughout
