The client required us to make maximum use of space available to detached bungalow. This was achieved by constructing a flat roof dormer to rear elevation. The master bedroom with en-suite shower room comprises of French doors with a Juliet balcony. Additional windows to the side were fitted and also velux windows to the front. To the other end of conversion is large bedroom lit by dormer and velux windows. Built in storage was added to both rooms. The loft is accessed via a traditional staircase and a galley landing area. All lit by velux windows.
