We wanted to write a letter to formally say thank you for the Loft Conversion you and your team have carried out on our property. When you know how many ‘cowboy’ firms there are out there, it is nice to have found a firm that has been thorough and reliable from day one. We are really pleased with the extra rooms you have created for us. They are going to make such a difference to us.

The whole project has been managed brilliantly and efficiently from start to finish. There have been no breaks in work, waiting for materials etc. When one tradesman finished, the next one would be on hand to start straightaway. We knew what work would be carried out the next day, so we could make plans to suit. It was great to not have to co- ordinate the project ourselves and arrange building inspector visits and plans.
